More than a yes-or-no answer.
A busy group chat can contain hundreds of messages and still leave a community without a clear decision. Simple polls count choices, but often miss the reasons behind them.
Saywide gives people room to explain. It helps parent groups, schools, and community organizers collect feedback in people’s own words, then understand the concerns and priorities behind it.
From a question to a clearer picture.
Start with what you want to learn. AI drafts a survey for you to review and edit. Share its link or QR code, and participants can respond by voice or text without creating an account.
When responses arrive, choose what you want the report to explore. Saywide groups related ideas, connects findings to supporting quotes, and suggests practical next steps.
Findings you can look into.
Reports are built from a fixed snapshot of responses. Source references are checked, and support counts are calculated in code. Organizers can inspect the evidence behind a finding and see less common concerns alongside shared priorities.
The agent helps with the analysis. People decide what to do next.
Built for the people doing the organizing.
- Parent representatives: understand concerns before a school meeting.
- Schools and community groups: gather detailed feedback without asking everyone to attend at the same time.
- Local organizers: explore what matters to the people affected by a decision.
Under the hood.
Saywide combines a Next.js interface, a Fastify API, PostgreSQL, and an agent reporting workflow using the AWS Strands Agents SDK. Voice transcription, survey drafting, and report analysis support the workflow; source validation and support calculations run in application code.
